Cancellation Policy

We understand the pain of cancelling a trek. As trekkers, we always look forward to treks, and after months of training and planning, if we have to cancel our trek, there’s no greater disappointment than that.

This is why we have a trekker-friendly cancellation policy.

If due to Covid, the expedition does not happen then a complete refund will be provided.

In case of Individual cancellations:

If more than 30 days before the start, then 100% carry forward to a future expedition or 90% refund.

If cancellation is done between 30 days to 12 days prior to start, then 50% refund or 75% carry forward.

People cancelling less than 12 days prior will get a 10% refund or 25% carry forward.

For the cancellation of services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reasons, PARVAT EXPLORATION must be notified of the same in writing at hq@parvatexploration.com.

At the time we receive your written cancellation, refunds based on the total fare will be allocated as described above.

In the rare event that we cancel a trek:

We almost never cancel our treks. But in the rare event that we cancel a trek because of natural calamities (snowstorms, thunderstorms, floods, landslides, earthquakes) or unexpected political unrest, curfews, local riots, or government orders, PARVAT EXPLORATION will issue a voucher for the full amount of your trek fee. You can redeem the Trek Voucher on any of our treks over the next one year.
